Waianae Valley Farms
Waianae Valley Farms, a 9.6-acre agricultural and eco-tourism venture on Oahu’s west coast, required a durable retaining wall to secure the property and support its sustainable farming initiatives. Founded in 2023 by Ahmad Ramadan, the farm integrates vertical farming and traditional organic practices, making environmental sustainability a top priority.
Colburn Construction was contracted to design and construct a retaining wall that would prevent soil erosion, protect the farm’s infrastructure, and enhance overall land stability. The project was executed using high-quality materials and environmentally conscious construction methods to align with the farm’s commitment to sustainability.
The completed retaining wall provides long-term structural support, allowing Waianae Valley Farms to continue its mission of producing high-quality, sustainable food products while promoting eco-tourism in the region.
